Jasmine Phillips

Jasmine Phillips is the Founder and CEO of Phillips Media Agency, a social media management and public relations firm headquartered in Memphis, TN.
Her agency primarily focuses on social media management, public relations, and content management. Jasmine has over 10 years of media and marketing experience and has worked with organizations and brands such as LRY Media Group, Hardy Beverages, Trust Marketing Inc., RISE Memphis, Birmingham Freedom Festival, The World Games 2022 Birmingham, Morehouse Tuskegee Classic, National Organization of Black Elected Legislative (NOBEL) Women, PGA Works, Major League Baseball (MLB), Microsoft, Essence Festival, and many more.
Jasmine is actively involved in her community serving as a member of the Memphis Black Association of Journalists (MABJ), National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) – Memphis Chapter. She has served on the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals as its Public Relations Chair (2020 – 2021) and Communications Co-Chair for PRSA Memphis Chapter (2023-2024). Jasmine currently serves as President-Elect for PRSA Memphis Chapter.
She was selected as a member of the inaugural National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Entrepreneur Academy powered by Café Media in 2021. Jasmine was also the 2023 PR Executive of the Year award presented by PRSA Memphis Chapter.
Jasmine received her bachelor’s degree in managerial finance from the University of Mississippi and a post-graduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with a concentration in social media marketing. She is the creator & author of As Jasmines Bloom, a blog and memoir that depicts her mental health journey as a young Black girl growing up in Mississippi to now as a professional woman navigating adulthood and life.
