Steve Soltis is an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business where he teaches MBA leadership communication courses. A 35-year veteran of corporate communication, Soltis led executive- and CEO communication at The Coca-Cola Company, UPS and MCI before co-founding Arvo Advisory, a f irm that helps leaders bridge communication strategy to corporate business strategy. In 2018, Soltis co-founded the UVA Darden Leadership Communication Council.
